Yesterday, I shared my version of the Traditional Granny Square pattern. This triangle forms a half-square version of that traditional granny square. Half-square triangles are great for filling in corners when you join granny squares on point, and they also make great triangular shawls!

Finished Size
Motif: 6.75” (17 cm) across short sides.
Materials
- Red Heart With Love yarn (100% acrylic, 7 oz/198 g/370 yd/338 m) – 1 skein in 1101 Eggshell, or approximately 50 yd (46 m) in any medium weight yarn.

- Yarn needle.
- Locking stitch marker or scrap yarn. (I used the Clover Quick Locking Stitch Marker Set.)
