Crochet Pattern: Solid Granny Hexagon

Free crochet pattern: Solid Granny Hexagon in Lion Brand Jeans by Underground CrafterI mentioned on Wednesday that hexagons are actually my favorite shape for motifs, so I thought today I would share the pattern for the classic Solid Granny Hexagon. This simple motif can be adjusted to your preferred size and joined, or you can just make one huge hexagon as your final project. This post is part of my Granny Square Month series.

This would be a great motif to make into a blanket, scarf, shawl. I have several joining tutorials if you decide to make a bunch!

Different joins work well for different types of projects, so do a little experimenting and see what works for you.
