Welcome to Underground Crafter!

My name is Marie Segares, and I’m the Proprietress of Underground Crafter. I’m a crochet and knitting blogger, designer, podcaster, and teacher. I learned to crochet from my maternal grandmother in 1984, and I’ve been hooked ever since.  I conquered my fear of knitting in 2010, and now I’m happily bi-craftual. You can read more about me here and stay in touch by signing up for my newsletter here.

You can find crochet patterns, crochet tips, crochet and knitting book and product reviews, knitting patterns, sewing patterns, Cricut and other crafty tutorials, recipes, and more on my blog!

  4. A little backstory before I start talking about how amazing this product is. I was at work and it was freezing and your partner could definitely see it in my face, he asked me if i was cold and i said I was freezing. I helped him with the rest of his stuff said goodnight and 5 minutes later he comes with one of these beautiful handmade knitted scarfs. He couldn’t have made my night any better, I was so in awe and amazed that someone went out their way but it was so very much appreciated. The scarf is beautiful, I truly was so warm after putting it to use and I will definitely be supporting. I appreciated it so much and I loved it just as much. Once again the scarf is definitely worth it, it’s beautiful and it keeps me real warm and cozy.
