Crochet pattern: Clusters and Vs Lace Scarf

Clusters and Vs Lace Scarf, free crochet pattern in Bernat Maker Home Dec Yarn by Underground Crafter | This textured, lacy scarf has excellent drape and can be worn as a shawlette in warm weather or as a scarf in cool weather. Although listed as “intermediate” difficulty, a confident beginner can make this project. The weather hasn’t decided firmly on what season it belongs in, at least in New York City. That means it’s still scarf weather for the foreseeable future. And, once it gets too warm for scarves, it will get cold enough (at least in the air conditioning) for shawlettes.

This is where lace scarves come in. They work in the cooler weather and in the warmer weather. And, since I used Bernat Maker Home Dec, a bulky, cotton-blend yarn, this particular lace scarf has excellent drape and is very breathable.

Although listed as “intermediate” difficulty, a confident beginner can make this project.I used some of my favorite stitches, the cluster and the v-stitch for this pattern. Although I rated it as an intermediate pattern because of the clusters, a confident beginner can definitely make the Clusters and Vs Lace Scarf!
