The Ribbed Möbius Cowl is a twisted cowl crochet pattern that works up quickly with a bulky yarn. It uses a reversible stitch pattern that makes it super stretchy, to accommodate a variety of teen and adult neck sizes and being work over or under clothing.

Years ago, I worked with a company called Kollabora to help them build their online community. They ended up pivoting from an online platform to a more face-to-face community, and in the transition, the patterns I designed for them disappeared into the virtual ether. This twisted cowl crochet pattern is one such design, so I’ve updated it to reflect my current pattern writing style and to add some tutorials to make it easier to make.
If you’re looking for a quick to make accessory, the Ribbed Möbius Cowl may just be the pattern for you. The yarn it was made with originally has since been discontinued, but Berroco Ultra Alpaca Chunky is a great substitute.
