Fall has arrived and that means pumpkin (or pumpkin spice) is everywhere. Instead of being grinchy about it, why not just lean into the whole pumpkin thing by making your own crochet Pumpkin Beanie?

This is a simple, beginner-friendly crochet project that is worked from the bottom up, starting with the hat band and ending with the stem at the crown.

You can customize this pattern by using different shades of orange or white for the pumpkin, or different shades of brown or green for the stem. It’s available in 10 sizes from newborn through adult large, so it can also be part of a family Halloween pumpkin costume or something fun to wear at Thanksgiving.
