Tracey Basic Crochet Scarf Pattern

I’m sharing a basic crochet scarf pattern that is perfect for teens and adults of all genders. This is a beginner-friendly project but for experienced crocheters, it’s more of a “mindless” project that you could work on during your commute, while waiting in line, or while watching your favorite streaming show.

If you’re like most crocheters, you make several scarves a year. I usually make one or two new ones for me (because while I have my favorites, I also like to change up my style), others as gifts, and a few more to donate to charities.

I don’t always know while I’m crocheting if the scarf will be for me, for a gift, or something I’ll end up donating. For that reason, I like making scarves that work for all genders so they can be used a variety of different ways.

And, even though I’m very experienced, I like basic crochet scarf patterns because I can work on these while I’m commuting to work, during long meetings, or while watching streaming without much stress.

The Tracey Scarf is a basic crochet scarf pattern that would be perfect for your handmade gift closet, or for your fall wardrobe.
