I’m joining the Mystery Lapghan CAL! Are you?

I mentioned earlier that I’m involved with two multi-designer crochet-a-longs. Today is the first day of the Mystery Lapghan CAL, and I can’t wait to tell you all about it!

Mystery Lapghan Crochet-a-long featuring 29 #crochet designers and 36 free patterns for 6" (15 cm) squares. Join the Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/488215101349495/
I’ve teamed up with 29 other crochet designers to share 36 free crochet square patterns for a one-of-a-kind lap blanket! Each pattern will be 6″ (15 cm) square using a medium (worsted/aran) weight yarn and a US Size I/9 (5.5 mm) crochet hook. This exciting event was organized by Cylinda Mathews from Crochet Memories and Sheri Weber from The Country Willow.

Although I just found this CAL, many of the blocks here will be useful for me. I am making a Christmas gift for a Vietnam Vet who is wheelchair bound. Thanks to all of the designers who are helping me with this effort. I do one afghan a year for Vet’s who are my friends. They say they wait to see who the lucky person to get a blanket is each year.
Thanks again to all of you.
