Mélange Blanket Square 21: Perpetual Fog Blanket Square

Our twenty-first square pattern is the Perpetual Fog Blanket Square by The Loopy Lamb. You can find Ashley online at Etsy | Facebook | Instagram | LoveCrafts | Pinterest | Ravelry | YouTube
You can see Ashley’s version below.

We both used King Cole Big Value Aran (available through your local yarn shop or online at LoveCrafts or Wool Warehouse UK) for our squares. I also used my Denise US Size J-10/6 mm crochet hook for my blanket so I can keep consistent gauge across all my squares.
While Ashley used one color for her version of the Perpetual Fog Blanket Square, for my version, I used Nougat from the magic circle through Round 5. I changed to Berry at the slip stitch join at the end of Round 5 and used it for Round 6. I changed to Ocean at the slip stitch join at the end of Round 6 and used it for Round 7. At the end of Round 7, my square was already 6″ (15 cm), so I finished off and skipped Round 8. I then spray blocked the square. (If you’re new to blocking, check out Blocking Basics for Crocheters and Knitters.)
