2023 Summer Quickies Crochet Along

The Summer Quickies Crochet Along is the third crochet along of 2023 hosted in the CAL Central Facebook and Ravelry groups. This is also our third annual Summer Quickies CAL. Eight of your favorite crochet designers will bring you free crochet patterns for quick, summer projects you can make in an afternoon or less. Join us to make fun crochet projects, chat with other crocheters, and enter to win one of the prizes we have in our giveaway.

How the Summer Quickies Crochet Along Works

Every Monday from July 3, 2023 to August 20, 2023, we’ll share a new free crochet pattern that you can make in an afternoon or less! You can make these summer-friendly projects to gift, sell, donate, and of course, to keep for yourself! You’ll get the chance to chat with other crocheters in our groups and share your projects. It’s always fun crocheting together and we’re like one big crafting family.

The yarn for all of the patterns has been provided by Hobbii! If you’re new to Hobbii, it’s a one-stop shop for yarn lovers from around the globe. Hobbii sells yarn, hooks, needles, patterns, and more! Although they are located in Denmark, Hobbii ships to 17 different countries — including the US, Canada, many European countries, Australia and New Zealand, and Hong Kong and Japan — with flat rate or free shipping. For my project, I used Hobbii Friends Cotton 8/8.

  • This is the end-of-CAL giveaway for the 2023 Summer Quickies Crochet Along. The Crochet Along is hosted by CAL Central and the giveaway is organized by Underground Crafter.
