Today, I’m sharing the first pattern in the Two of a Kind Hat & Scarf Knit Along: an easy knit beanie pattern in 10 sizes! The Caralinda Beanie has a cabled hat band to add a bold look, but is mostly made with just knit stitches.

Scroll down for Caralinda, a free knit beanie pattern. I love simple knits, but I also love cables. I decided to combine both in the Caralinda Beanie! The narrow cable Hat Band works up quickly and by knitting the rest of the hat in the round, you only have to form knit stitches! There is no shaping as the top is cinched closed.

If you make your own Caralinda Beanie, I’d love to see it! Share your progress and questions by tagging me on Facebook as @Underground Crafter on on Instagram as @ucrafter.
