Back in 2018, I put together an ebook collection of Christmas-themed patterns and included this simple crochet cowl pattern for kids. I decided to update it and share it on the blog, including some video tutorials I’ve made since then. This is a great beginner-friendly (or “watching streaming video”) pattern with simple stitches. Using two strands of yarn gives it a tweedy look and lets it work up fast. It’s also a one-skein wonder. What’s not to like, especially if you need a last-minute gift for a kid!
