I love making crochet slouchy hats. They are small enough to give you near instant gratification and they look good on a variety of folks with different hair lengths and types and facial structures. But, with the extra length and slouch, the larger sizes can’t always be made with one skein of yarn.

Enter Herrschners Worsted 8: a jumbo skein of yarn that makes even the largest size of slouchy hats with one skein. It’s soft and easy to work with, too. And, it starts with an easy pull tab so you aren’t fighting with “yarn barf” for your whole project. Yay!

This post is part of the third annual Countdown to Christmas I’m sharing with folks signed up for the Crochet Along updates and the Underground Crafter newsletter.
