Crochet Bunny Pattern: Cuddle Bunny Pillow Pal

It’s that time of year where everyone is looking for adorable critters to crochet. This crochet bunny pattern is beginner friendly. The Cuddle Bunny Pillow Pal includes a pocket that is perfect for including small gifts. The pocket is also a great hiding place where little ones can stash their secret finds. The fur yarn makes this bunny extra squishy and huggable.

March is National Craft Month and a group of bloggers including 30 Minute Crafts, 100 Directions, The Country Chic Cottage, Pineapple Paper Co., Shrimp Salad Circus, and Tried & True Creative have organized a fun week of giveaways and projects called CRAFTWEEK. Today’s theme is fiber so you know I had to sign up to participate!

Today’s CRAFTWEEK giveaway is sponsored by Fairfield World. As you probably know, I’ve been a member of the Fairfield World Design Team since 2017. I use Fairfield products in all of my pillows and softies. Let me tell you a little bit about the Cuddle Bunny Pillow Pal. It’s part of a series of pocket pillow patterns I’ve designed over the years, including the Lion Pocket Pillow and the Zebra Pocket Pillow. These are simple designs that are beginner-friendly without a lot of shaping. The front has an animal face…

…and the back has a little pocket that you can use to include some surprise gifts. Little ones can stash their secret finds inside. With Easter around the corner, you could put some plastic Easter eggs in the pocket.

I made the Cuddle Bunny Pillow Pal with Red Heart Hygge Fur so it’s extra squishy and fun to hug. If you don’t have fur yarn on hand, substitute a smooth yarn like Red Heart With Love Chunky or Red Heart Super Saver Chunky.
