Last week, the Picnic Basket Shawl crochet-a-long wrapped up (pun intended). In order to enter the giveaway, crocheters had to share pictures of their finished projects but August 31, 2015. Here is a sample of the beautiful projects that people shared!
I’ve listed the projects from left to right with links to the maker’s Ravelry project page.
Row 1: Carbon14 | kippyssomature | lindaktrimble0823 | criblet | Eliza422
Row 2: emu45 | kandilyn1987 | mad4tahoe | Eireen | kippyssomature
Row 3: pat15216 | Eireen | Eireen | ingstitch | BobyeJean
Row 4: kippyssomature | ss9904 | anngrew | harnish408 |lstandke
Row 5: josiesmom | SweetCakers | JoanaCanicali
I feel really honored that several people crocheted more than one version! I know everyone has a limited amount of time to crochet – and way too many projects on the list – so I really appreciate it.
Even though the crochet-a-long is over, you can still crochet your own version of the Picnic Basket Shawl.
You can find the links to the free pattern here, add it to your Ravelry queue here, or buy an ad-free PDF on Craftsy here.
Hi @all,
great to see all these shawls together – same pattern and so much different results! Gorgeous colors in diverse qualities. Thanks to Marie Segares for sharing her pattern, organizing the CAL … my compliment for a good work! I had a lot of pleasure!
Thanks so much for sharing so many of your beauties with us, Barbara!
