How the 2026 Holiday Stashdown Crochet Along Works
From now through December 17, we’ll be bringing you a new free crochet pattern every Monday and Thursday. Each pattern is created by a different designer and centered around the holiday season. These projects are designed to be quick and stash-friendly, using just one skein of yarn or small amounts from your leftovers. It’s a great way to try out new stitches, techniques, and designs without committing a mountain of yarn to a single project! And because they’re small and giftable, you can easily make plenty for craft fairs or as stocking stuffers.
We’ll be hosting the twelfth Holiday Stashdown Crochet Along this year! While waiting for new patterns, you can work on some from the previous iterations:
